Many inquiries do not begin with an on-site appointment, but rather with the question: Which documents are needed, in which language, for which position and with which form of certification? This applies to written translations as well as to interpreting: Appointments outside the OWL region can be interpreted by telephone or video, provided this is permitted for the respective appointment. ABBA-Sprachendienste prepares both inquiry channels digitally and coordinates the specific process individually.

Can I request from any federal state?
A digital request can be prepared. Whether and how the finished translation is provided depends on the document, purpose and originals required.
Can I upload my documents directly?
Yes. The request form transmits documents encrypted to ABBA-Sprachendienste; The files are automatically checked and deleted after the retention period has expired.
Is interpreting also possible throughout Germany?
Telephone or video interpreting can be requested anywhere in Germany, provided the respective location allows it. On-site interpreting is primarily provided in the service area around Bad Oeynhausen, Bielefeld, Kreis Herford, Kreis Minden-Lübbecke and OWL. Please inquire individually.
