When does the JVEG apply to interpreting and translation services?
The JVEG regulates the remuneration when interpreters or translators are used by courts, public prosecutors or other bodies mentioned in the law. The same billing method does not automatically apply to private or corporate orders - we create our own offer for this, which depends on the use, language and duration.
The law differentiates between fees, travel costs, expenses and other necessary expenses. Which basis actually applies depends on who places the order and how the service is used.

Which language combinations do you offer?
Language combinations are reviewed for each appointment. Saiga Abbasova’s qualification provides particular evidence for Azerbaijani; Parviz Abbasov personally speaks Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian, German and Norwegian. Other languages are checked for availability and subject-matter fit before confirmation.
How is an official or court date calculated?
Billing depends on the client, type of appointment, duration, location, language and legal requirements. We check the specific case in advance and give you the appropriate basis.
